TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 1/3 of the cost of the holiday (minimum £50) is required to reserve the booking. On receipt of the deposit we will confirm the booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival; the total amount will become payable on booking. Guests are asked to appreciate that reservations are made on the assumption that if a booking is cancelled we do not have to suffer the loss. We will endeavour to re-let the accommodation but if not successful we will seek to recover the loss. We therefore advise our guests to consider the benefit of a Holiday Cancellation Insurance Policy and we suggest that the sum insured should represent the total cost of the holiday. Reservations commence at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. Earlier only by prior arrangement. To facilitate the preparation of the accommodation for new arrivals, guests are requested to vacate by 10.00 am on the morning of departure. The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning caused by any member of the group. Sorry no pets and no smoking inside the property. Children welcome and cots and highchairs available at no extra cost. Linen and fuel included during high season. Standard fuel charge at other times. All prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax at the current rate of 17.5%. Any variation in the rate of V.A.T. will automatically cause an adjustment to the price. The proprietor is not responsible, and cannot accept liability, for any injury to, or loss of property from, any guest while staying at Lynwood Lodge. |
